If I was really nit-picking I'd suggest countersinking the front panel screw holes so the fixing head was flush.

Its very hard with a drill to stop each hole equal depth. OK with a vertical Mill, but does Ray have one? Othewise change screws to countersink.

Thanks, 3 weeks now and the bp drugs have it under control. Check it and alwys low enough now. So might get away with it and not become a statistic.
