Kaki king - modern yesterdays
Pat metheny - still life (talking)
Weather report - sweetnighter

Sat here waiting for parts to arrive again. Regular not recorded delivery or signed for post doesnt seem to be getting here. I expect i have covid to thank for that. And watching the weather hoping to get outside to do some work on one of the tt builds i have ongoing. Abit of sun then a bloody deluge of sleet, then sun again. i feel abit guilty for being sat on my arse when theres work i should be getting on with

Weather Report - Mysterious Traveler. Probably almost definitely one of my 'Desert Island Disks' I saw them twice, both memorable but .. the phone went , Anna is on her way home, I've forgotten what I was going to say but I do think it is worth making comments about whatever we are listening to; it gives us food for agreeing, emoting and indeed violently disagreeing, like. e.g Greg stating that Klezmer is not at all worth wasting time over... or is that too much what and I can't remember what his moniker was but he was the first to cry, "Ad hominem' as if that ruled out any further discussion (with which he disagreed.}

A random pick from the “B” LP box.... whether they were a supergroup or a few primadonna’s is another matter.

Non-violently agreeing that I also enjoy this album without hurting anyone or anything.

Good late-evening light jazz. Excellent recording too, as the album title suggests, recorded using a single AEA R88 stereo ribbon microphone with "...No headphones, no overdubs, and “mixing..." and "...recording direct to Stereo DSD 128" using a Tascam DA-3000 recorder. I'm listening via my DSD decoder at DSD128.
