Not listening right now, but reading. Just found this about The Blue Nile, the only band from the 80s that ever really reached me. This bloke sums up why, although my favourite track doesn’t even make his top 15.

Well, it was released by Zappa Records, so I think there is a good chance it would.

Yes, you’re probably right. Just goes to show the shallowness of the woke agenda. Not hard to slip under their radar, an understanding of which is a salient consideration in itself.

Calling out "stupid" where he saw it was one of Franks things.

I understand that he is well known for not commenting on that album art.....one might ask why...but maybe that question is what it's all about.

It's a very brave man that would question Frank's social standpoint though.

Could somebody tell me what this word “woke” means? As far as I can work out, it seems to be a derogatory term for people who think that things like racism and climate change are a bad idea.

Yeah, I'm a bit puzzled too because from what I can make out a woke sounds a good sort; left wing-ish, kind to the planet sort of a person.
Philosophers have only interpreted the world - the point, however, is to change it. No it isn't ... maybe we should leave it alone for a while.
