Steely Dan - Can't Buy A Thrill (1972) - LP

With all the hooha about recent Dan remasterings, I though I'd dig out my old gatefold sleeved copy and give it a spin.
The label on mine has what's known as a blocks label (The letters A, B and C are on children's play blocks).
Other details on the label reveal (according to the info on Discogs) that it's a 1973 repress, and the plant was in Terre Haute, Indiana.

It's sounding pretty fine - I wonder what Bernie Grundman's recent cuts sound like...... not that I can afford one of them right now

Super lo-fi from K-Tel. No bass and a low level cut that you have to crank up along with all the scratches. Great fun nevertheless!
