questions for our apprentice trained people on this. I have a couple of bits for this machine, what else could I do with...

This is the machine in question, a Sieg sx1 lp. Variable speed up to 5000rpm, 16" table with a 6" throat so plenty of available movement for workpieces. Its a 50kg machine so is fairly stable for a little machine

As you can see here, I have modified the drilling vice I have to allow it to be squared up on the table, by clamping an engineering square into the jaws, flipping it upside down, securing it to the table with the square positioning it, and milling the front and side so they are square to the fixed jaw.

Any advantage to having a proper milling vice? heres a little job i did with it, just a little bracket for a pot in a pre.

Next, I have made it possible to use the Proxxon dividing head I already had with this machine by attaching it to an angle plate, I have another 2 plates to work with

It's for drilling round components at specific relative angles rather than gear cutting, id have to get a proper one for that, but does the intended job.

so, I have these bits, a couple of angle plates, a couple of clamps and blocks, an er25 collet chuck and collets, drill chuck, and some hss mills.

Im considering a rotary table, Ill probably get a small one.

are there other accessories i should be looking at?
